Dell has recently launched a global Dell On-line Self-Dispatch portal which provides a much better user experience for Dell customers and 3rd party maintainers who previously were enrolled in the Dell Warranty Parts Direct program.  This portal makes it easier for you, the technician, to enroll, pass your required certifications and order parts as well as make life infinitely easier for your SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to administer your company’s enrollment in the DOSD program.  For more information on the improved program click here.

If you are attempting to renew a certification, please contact the SPOC for your account in order to have your dispatch rights extended. This is the person who was designated to manage the account, for example, a service manager. SPOC’s on the new DOSD program have the ability to submit certification renewal payment through the Enrollment and then Checkout tabs from the DOSD tool.  The renewal process for the SPOC’s through the new DOSD tool is documented in the How To User’s Guide for Adding Technicians Instructions.
