Following are some common questions:
Q Do I need to download any additional software to use my courses?
A The training requires you to download the Java Virtual Machine for your browser if you do not already have it installed. This can be found at: http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp and click on "Get it now" to download.
   
Q How long do I have access to my training? Does access expire?
A You have unlimited access to the training courses on your hard drive. Your subscription will never expire.
   
Q Will I receive any materials in addition to the courses on my machine?
A There are no additional materials you will need or receive with the courses.
   
Q What if I loose or forget the username and password I created when I first used the training located on my hard drive?
A If you ever loose or forget your username or password when using the training located on your hard drive, simply type in a new one when you are prompted to do so. This will create a new learning profile for you to use the courses.
   
Q What if I re-format my hard disk / delete the courses from my machine, will Dell give me another set of courses as a replacement?
A You should avoid deleting the courses as Dell will not replace deleted courses.
   
Q I love my training courses, and would like to get more on more topics I am interested in, like IT certifications. How can I get more courses?
A Simply visit the Learn Dell Site at http://www.learndell.com/apac and click on the http://www.learndell.com/apac/about.cfm link to learn all you need to know about obtaining additional courses
   
Q I think I have a technical problem that is not covered in the documentation I received with my course. How do I get help?
