By participating in any chat room, message board, or other interactive area on LearnDell, you agree to use the chat rooms and other interactive forums only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular chat room or discussion group. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content -- including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information ("Content") -- that:

(1) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive, intentionally inaccurate or otherwise objectionable.

(2) infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

(3) constitutes advertising, an offer to sale or purchase goods or services, junk mail, "spamming," chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation;

(4) contains software viruses or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware; or

(5) contains impersonations,or other misrepresentations about your affiliation with, any person or entity, including a Dell employee.

(6) contains false or omits any author attribution, legal or other proper notice or proprietary designation or label of origin or source of material contained in a file that is posted.

In addition, you agree that you will not (a) take any action that restricts or inhibits any other user of the Site from using and enjoying the Site, or (b) create lists or collect information about other users of the Site, including email addresses without their consent.

Dell's Right to Remove Content

Dell and its service providers and agents do not generally pre-screen, monitor, or edit the Content posted by participants in chat rooms, message boards, or other interactive areas on Dell's website(s), including LearnDell. However, Dell and its service providers and agents have the right at their sole discretion, but not the obligation, to remove any Content that, in Dell's sole judgement, does not comply with the guidelines in this Code of Online Conduct or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Most of the Content in the chat rooms, message boards, and other interactive areas on Dell's website(s), including LearnDell, is provided by third parties like you. Such third-party Content is the sole responsibility of the person originating the Content. Dell does not control and is not responsible for this third-party Content.

Dell does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement on intellectual property rights, or quality of any Content on the chat rooms, message boards, or other interactive areas on Dell's website, regardless of who originates that Content. You expressly understand and agree that you bear all risks associated with using or relying on the Content. Dell will not be liable or responsible in any way for any Content in chat rooms, message boards, or other interactive areas on its website, including, but not limited not, any errors or omissions in the Content, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any Content.
